On June 6th, 2023, Faber by Kalisch held an event at Salamanca, Guanajuato to introduce their employees to the 2015 Quality Management System, represented by plate number 1. The event was attended by 27 executive, administrative, and operational employees.
The event kicked off with a presentation from the CEO, Ricardo Kalisch, and the General Manager, Ramón Cárdenas. They emphasized the importance of quality and the advantages of implementing the 2015 Quality Management System, including a summary of Faber by Kalisch's history. They pointed out that this standard is internationally recognized and can help the company enhance their processes, products, and services.
Following this, the company's quality manager leader auditor, Ricardo Valencia, presented an overview of the 2015 Quality Management System. He explained the standard's various requirements and how they would be put into practice in the company. The event also had Q&A panels where employees could learn about the specific aspects of the standard, such as customer satisfaction, risk management, and continuous improvement.

The onboarding was deemed successful and helped to raise awareness of the 2015 Quality Management System among the company's employees. The event also prepared the company to implement the standard, which is scheduled to begin in the coming months.
