Sunrise Extension

As the main participant in the Sunrise Extension project, Faber by Kalisch provided over 380,000 square feet of steel structure. This expansion will serve as a chocolate factory, which necessitates aligning all of our structural procedures and solutions with food standards.

We provided all of the heavy structural components, including SJI-certified steel joists, erected a mezzanine, applied special paint that does not produce any chemical reactions that would affect production, and installed a specialized steel deck and TPO for the roofing system.

None of our other projects compare in importance to maintaining quality and safety standards as a top priority. We were able to meet all of these requirements, creating a building that will have a significant impact on the candy market in the southern United States.
